FreYose 200 mile run

I had a dream and I made it come true!
In 2003 I thought I should run from my house to Yosemite .
It took years of thinking about it. Every time I drove to Yosemite valley , I thought I want to run here.
I did it in 83 hours 15 min.
My amazing crew made it possible .
Phil, Chuck, Gabi, Teresa and Mark .

Dream big and achieve goals.
My run was to celebrate 22 years of being clean & sober.
Also to bring awareness on addiction and mental health .
Life is amazing .

Badwater Salton Sea 81 miler

Had a great run this past weekend at Sultan C 81 mile race with my friend Teresa. It's a team race where people run as a two-person team are three person team. This is not a relay, you have to run the entire race step for step with the person on your team. Our finish time was 23:36, it's in our age and4th place for two person female team

The empress

Don’t overload yourself with any more thinking. This is more a time of resting before action takes place. Intellectual reasoning only leads to frustration or leads you away from the direction you should be taking. As this is a re-orientation period take time to evaluate your goals, they may not be the same goals that you started with. Trust your feelings more, future success is at hand.
Glad I picked that wisdom card
Attempted Razorback 100 relentless. It lived up to its name.
It was a muddy, wet sloppy mess. The rain made it impossible to move forward the wetter it got. I was trudging through muddy streams. I slipped one to many times and tweaked my lower back. I bailed at 50 miles.
Happy to have survived that far.
Next up 3 weeks SF 100

51 hour birthday run!

Why run hours for age? Why not miles?
Me; because it's to easy to run 51 miles, running 51 hours is more of a challenge

Mission peak
Pacers that came out during the storm, Chris & Gabi
The party is about to get real . Fun with friends
And just like that in a blink of an eye I was done 51 hours and 138 miles later.
Happy 51st b-day to me.
I don't get older, I just get better 😊

Quad Dipsea my 18th finish

I said after finishing this race the first time, 18 years ago I would never run it again.
It's funny how you forget and the years click by. And somehow I just kept running this race.
Had a good run
Finish number 18 in 6:56
